mkmk - auto generate mkfiles for foreign APE software

mkmk attempts to generate a correct mkfile for an APE
(typically GNU) software package without the help of Autoconf
and configure scripts.

It is imperfect and generally needs a little help from an rc(1) script
(named 9port, examples included) but this is still quicker and easier
than createing a mkfile by hand. The use of a script also allows
updates to the packakge to be applied with little or no effort.
